Nash Junior catches PB
Nash Junior Connor Friendship visited L'Etang Roux in June 2008 and not only caught a PB 30lb common but grabbed his target fish a 28lb mirror what a result your a STAR !!!!!!!!!

Stock development and Winter works 2007 /08
Feeding of the lake has continued during the year and the stock has continued to develop with the larger fish now in excess of 40lbs.
During the winter the verges are being trimmed and cleaned. Many old snags have been removed and the swims refreshed.

Biggest Catch of the Summer
Paul and mate dropped in for two nights and grabbed 50 fish with a total weight of 1400 lbs most fish were in excess of 25lbs and some over 30lbs

Lodge Fully Operational
The Lodge which contains a shower / toilet room, fully fitted kitchen and changing room was commisioned on 10th June 2007

Great 24hr Haul
During a 24hr session on the 24/25th April, 3 anglers landed 23 carp with a total weight of 502 lbs. 6 fish were over 24lbs with the largest weighing 27lbs.

The lake is restocked
January 2006 saw the initial stocking of the lake with over 2000 kg of carp being introduced. This consisted of mainly mirror carp with some common carp included. With over 100 Carp in the range of 20-35lbs
